Green Eggs and Ham

In 1960, the good Dr. Seuss imagined eggs with naturally green yolks.  After many years, I still remember a preschool event where we were served eggs with green food dye.  If you are looking for unique ways to get your kids to eat vegetables, try using broccoli instead.
